Les Alisiers is a real family home where a whole team opens the doors of their passion for the region and their profession.
In 1975, my parents, originally from Alsace, left Paris to recharge their batteries in the Kaysersberg Valley. A love at first sight for this mountain farm allowed them to make their dream come true. They completely renovated the old building for more than a year and a half to create 7 rooms and a table d'hôte. The small family restaurant is the reason for their success and they decide to continue the adventure with the creation of the panoramic restaurant.
In 2000, new rooms are created, they obtain the 3* classification. I join them in 2002 when I finish my theatre studies. My parents proudly handed over the management of the restaurant to me in 2006. Alongside my wife Caroline, we continue to develop this family place in the heart of the mountain by remodelling the comfort of the rooms and the dining room, adding our own touch.
